How to Clean Your Blinged Out Bong

You can easily clean your custom Crystal Haze bong the same way you would clean any other bong. 

• Get rubbing alcohol and salt.  Mix the alcohol and salt in equal amounts into a zip lock bag.  You only need enough to clean the downstem for this step. 

• Shake the mixture together and put the downstem in the zip lock bag. Allow the mixture to go in and out of the downstem.

• Once you have shaken to the point the mixture turns dark, remove the downstem and flush it out with water. Scrape the left over residue with a cleaning brush. 

• Repeat the above with your bowl piece. Put in into a zip lock bag and shake it with the mixture until clean.

• Now, mix a bigger batch of alcohol and salt for the inside of your bong. Pour the mixture into the bong and shake it gently in a circular motion so that the mixture gets out all the residue.  You don’t need a brush to clean the inside. Just shake it! 

• Once the mixture is dark in color, pour it and rinse the bong with warm water flush out the remaining residue.

• If you'd like a professional cleaning product, we recommend Randy's Black Label Glass Cleaner. You can find it in most smoke shops or online.

Cleaning the Outside of Your Bong

We use the best glass adhesive on the market that is well-known for its long-lasting effects. So your blinged out bong can withstand normal and wear and tear, just like any other glass piece.

• For basic care, the outside of the glass can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol or windex. Always spray or dab directly on a cloth or paper towel before you clean the glass. Do not apply alcohol or spray Windex directly on the bling.

• If leather or faux snake skin gets, gently bloat excess liquid from the material and allow to air dry. If dirty, clean leather and faux snake skin with a damp cloth. 

• If feathers or fringe get wet, gently bloat excess liquid with a soft cloth and make sure the damp feathers or fringe are not touching the glass. Allow to air dry. 

• If rhinestones, pearls, and other gems get wet, gently bloat excess liquid away from the base of the embellishment with a cloth and allow to air dry.

• If embroidery or appliqués get wet, gently bloat excess liquid from the embellishment and the area around it with a cloth and allow to air dry.

• If chains get wet, hold the chain in hand while gently bloating the excess liquid from the chain with a cloth. Allow to air dry.
